Mr. Zintl, a German national, is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Frankfurt office and oversees the firm’s M&A business in Germany. He has over 12 years of investment banking experience covering a broad range of sectors, products and geographies.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Zintl led the M&A Execution effort of Barclays Capital in Germany, where he previously also acted as Coverage Officer for a large number of German corporate clients. He started out his career at JPMorgan, where he worked in the London, Frankfurt and Tokyo offices in a range of M&A-related functions. Notable transactions include advising on the sales of Sirona, Demedis, Consors, Kamps, as well as joint ventures for Hitachi and AT&T in Japan.
Mr. Zintl received a business degree from WHU Koblenz in Germany. He also studied at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh and Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to his studies, he carried out an apprenticeship with Deutsche Bank in Germany.
