Houlihan Lokey's third annual Technology Private Company Conference is a dynamic event that brings together private technology companies with prospective sources of capital and strategic partners. The conference provides a forum for developing relationships, expanding strategic contacts, identifying sources of capital and learning about different segments of the technology industry.
Several highly successful, rapidly growing private technology companies will profile their firm, highlight their successful track record, detail their compelling growth strategies, and discuss what drives their success. The companies were drawn from the following industry sectors:
- Clean Tech
This year, three bonus panels will feature industry leaders from various technology sectors and services firms. These executives will discuss their respective acquisition and growth strategies and how these strategies are affected by key market trends, capital market conditions and the overall M&A environment. The three bonus sessions are:
- Mistakes to Avoid in Today's Turbulent Markets
- Comparing and Contrasting Private Equity vs. Strategic Buyers
- Navigating the Financing Climate: Today and Tomorrow
These interactive sessions will provide an excellent opportunity to discuss what consolidators are looking for and to take a closer look at the conversion of technologies sweeping the marketplace.
Who Should Attend
- Senior executives from private technology companies
- Senior leaders from public technology companies interested in teaming with or investing in private companies
- Private equity investors and venture capital firms with industry experience
- Subordinated debt/mezzanine lenders
